Clip Extractor doesn't convert Options

Hi,
When I download a clip, the FLV file is downloaded OK, but when it converts to AVI, the AVI filesize is 0 KB.
I use the latest version. In fact, the problem started after the update of the extractor.

Who can help me out please?

Hi,

You need to install the full package of the new version. It will solve the problem. If you're on Basic you can download it here, on our website. If you're using PRO, please use the contact form, and we will e-mail you the link.
