customer support

I have purchased your clipextracor software and am having problems. I started with the basic and saw it was not going to do what i needed. So made the purchase copy is pasted below but when i downloaded and ran the program no place ever asked for my registration # the program did not give me any new options other than what i have from the basic does it overwrite the basic or what have i done wrong??? I tried to down load a second time same result and now the download link says not available. Did not order the disk thought it all could be done online. One would think there would be a place to put in your registration # in the program when you pull it up. if so cant find it.
