"You Tube Clip Extractor has encountered a problem and has to close." I have downloaded and installed twice. Am running Vista. I have disabled firewall (to eliminate that as a possibility). When I try and run it I still get this error message. Why will this program not run?

It stoppoed working when i upgraded to the latest version of firefox. is there a new version that fixes this bug? thanks.

Yes, there a new version that is compatible with FF 3.5xx. Are you using PRO or Basic? If Basic, you can download it from our website.
