if you're getting the following message:

"could not load file or assembly 'microsoft.mshtml, version=7.0.3300.0,
culture=neutral,pubickeytoken= b03f5f11d50a3a' or one its dependencies
the system cannot fine the file specified"

you need to install an update to MS html library: http://www.youtubeclipextractor.com/Product/vs_piaredist.exe
